Team Vista is a not-for-profit organisation currently under development. It was created by the late Kerry William Frost with the following key principle in mind: “Business and the community can work together to achieve social and environmental outcomes.”

We are going to build a brand new school and orphanage in the East African country of Tanzania. The small community that we are assisting lies in the town of Moshi, which lies near the Northern border between Tanzania and Kenya. The community sits on the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Watch our video and contact us if you have any questions or require further information.

Team Vista have returned from our most recent trip to Moshi, Tanzania. While we were there we purchased the existing school building, renovated it and built on a second classroom. We all got our hands dirty and painted inside and out of the school with the children's help and our talented friend Sibo painted a beautiful mural on the front. The roof was replaced and a water tank was purchased and installed and a new kitchen area was built. The afternoon children are also receiving 2 meals a day with a new mix of maize and vegetables (makende) being served at lunchtime.
We looked at many plots of land to buy however none were suitable or financially viable. We were able to get authorisation from all parents and guardians of the children to get them all full health checks, so that we can start attending to any problems immediately. Two new teachers aides were hired and we also hired an English speaking teacher, Janette for the new second class.
Overall it was a busy month and a half and we are really happy with the progress that we made. We would like to thank all of our supporters and the community of Kaloleni who got behind us and helped us achieve so much.
